About the Role
Dana Home Improvement is looking for an Exterior Home Improvement Crew Member to join our team.
This is a hands-on position working on residential exterior improvement projects, including roofing, siding, gutters, and decks. Responsibilities may include assisting with installations, repairs, material handling, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and other general construction duties.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable working outdoors, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a crew. Previous construction or home improvement experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are important.

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Able to lift and carry construction materials
Able to work well as part of a team
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Safety-conscious and respectful of customers' properties
Roofing, siding, gutter, decking, carpentry, or construction experience is a plus
